About this holiday home

The Grabnerhof offers the perfect blend of rural tranquillity and a unique location. The flat has 1 bedroom with a double and single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Top: The Brixen im Thale ski area is just a few minutes' drive away - hikes are possible right from the front door.

Thanks to its location, the farmhouse apartment is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. The mountain railway, bathing lake and swimming pool, mini golf, and an 18-hole golf course are just a few minutes away in summer. Green meadows on the edge of the forest surround the farm. From here, you can quickly start a hiking or biking tour. In winter, the ski paradise SkiWelt Brixen im Thale beckons with countless kilometers of pistes. And there is plenty else to discover: winter walking trails, cross-country ski trails, ski touring routes, tobogganing, and simply everything a winter heart desires. About 15 15-minute drive away is the legendary town of Kitzbühel, which is also worth a visit all year round.

Super freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Vorab gab es Informationen zur telefonischen Erreichbarkeit und das funktionierte tadellos. Schlafzimmer war riesig und bot neben der Küche eine zweite Sitzecke, was ich total super fand. Es war ausreichend Platz, auch um die Kleidung nach dem Skifahren zu trocknen. Eigenes Appartement mit ausgestatteter Küche, wie auf den Bildern und beschrieben. Für uns so, wie wir es wollten. Gerne wieder. Die Heizung im Bad ging nicht herunter zu regulieren und das war sehr warm. Tut aber den gesamten Aufenthalt nichts ab. Der Fußboden im Schlafzimmer hatte leider bei jedem Schritt ziemlich laut geknarrt. Für uns ist das problemlos, da wir ähnliche Schlafzeiten haben.

Prima plek helemaal voor deze prijs. De rustige omgeving. Goede strategische ligging betreft skigebied. Dichtbij de dorpen Brixen, Kirchbergen en Kitzbuhel.was fijn.

Genoten! De keuken (incl oven en vaatwasser), de bedden lagen goed, douche was prima. Als je de handdoek op de grond zou leggen, zouden deze vervangen worden voor schone. Dit geprobeerd met een handdoek, maar hadden geen nieuwe gekregen.

The Filzalmsee is very popular with our family. The cable car in Brixen takes you directly to the mountain lake. From there, you can go on wonderful hikes - or simply enjoy your time at the tranquil Filzalmsee lake

Tip from the expert

I always like to visit the Brixenbachalm (Brixenbach 74, 6364 Brixen im Thale). Easily accessible on foot or by bike in summer. In winter, you should combine your visit with a fun toboggan run
