This holiday home is located in the centre of beautiful Brixen im Thale. Cosy restaurants and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity, as well as shops for daily shopping. The location is ideal, in winter the ski bus (stop right in front of the house) takes you in 2 minutes to the gondolas, which give you access to Austria's largest interconnected ski area - the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. So you can leave the car behind for the whole holiday! It is situated in a prime location for a relaxing holiday and also an excellent starting point for fun on the slopes in winter. In summer, the region offers beautiful cycling, hiking and mountain bike routes through the characteristic Austrian nature, in addition to sunbathing meadows, a swimming lake and several swimming pools .

Appartamento in una palazzina nuova, ma piccolino in centro paese comodo al supermercato 2 camere doppie palazzina con appartamenti vacanze di recente costruzione. Ascensore Posto auto riservato appartamento con poco spazio e senza balcone. non include asciugamani e asciugacapelli WC separato dal bagno fornello piccolo (solo 2 fuochi)

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im Ort Brixen im Thale. Ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, ein Cafe, ein Freibad/Badesee und die Bergbahn u. a. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ort Brixen kann ein Ausflug zum wunderschönen Filzalmsee und zum Brantalmsee gemacht werden. Auch für Ausflüge in andere Orte ist Brixen ein guter Startpunkt, viele Bergbahnen mit tollen Zielen sind in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Unser Ansprechpartner war jederzeit erreichbar und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren eine Woche dort. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass man mit zwei Herdplatten und ohne Backofen kocht, aber das lässt sich ja planen! Der Kühlschrank hat ein kleines Frostfach, das fanden wir toll für Eis(-Würfel) im Sommer! Es war alles vorhanden, was nötig ist und trotz der kleinen Küche gibt es viel Stauraummöglichkeiten für Mitgebrachtes (z.B. im Sideboard, Schubladen im Tisch usw.)! Nebenan ist gleich ein nettes Lokal und noch ein paar Meter weiter eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit - so kann man nach einem Ausflugstag noch entspannt ein paar Dinge besorgen. Brixen selbst ist super, es gibt ein Freibad und einen kleinen Badesee, der abends kostenfrei zu besuchen ist, beides auch fußläufig bequem erreichbar.
