About this holiday home

This gorgeous holiday home is located in Biberwier in the Zuspitz Arena and has been renovated completely artistically with lots of wood. If you rent this variant, you will rent the appartment on the first floor with roof terrace. You will stay here in the cosy mountain village surrounded by the mountains and within walking distance of restaurants. In the morning, you'll be on the slopes in no time. The Marienbergbahn ski lift is just 500 m. away and takes you to a real family ski resort.

The glacier ski area on the Zugspitze ensures absolute snow safety. In total, the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena has more than 130 kilometres of slopes and 56 lifts. The slopes are generally of an easy level and this is also why the area attracts so many families and beginners. Nevertheless, this region does not only target families, snowboarders and freeriders will also find what they are looking for here. The Zugspitz Arena is also an area with endless unique experiences in summer. That guarantees not only the many hiking trails and cycling routes but also toboggan runs, golf courses and swimming in the most beautiful lakes! .

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft! Ein Föhn war auch vorhanden, was allerdings nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Der Ort Biberwier ist super zentral zur Zugspitze gelegen, auch die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch sauber. Wir waren in der oberen Wohnung und in Summe 6 Personen. Mehr Personen müssten auf der Schlafcouch und/oder den Einzelbetten in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern untergebracht werden. Sauber war die Unterkunft ebenfalls. Die Sauna ist sehr schön, großzügig - muss sie aber auch, weil theoretisch das ganze Haus sie nutzen könnte. Abzüge gibt es für den Geruch der Toilette neben dem 1. Schlafzimmer nach dem Eingangsbereich, welches moderich gerochen hat und wo wir Schimmel aufgrund falscher Be- bzw. Entlüftung vermuten. Ebenfalls zu verbessern ist die Ausstattung der Küche - es fehlen durchaus wichtige Utensilien wie eine Knoblauchpresse, Weizenbiergläser und eine Mikrowelle. In Summe ein schöner Aufenthalt, Empfehlung von uns. 👍🏼

Wir waren für 5 Nächte mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind zu Gast. Wir kannten die Region schon von vorherigen Urlauben und wurden daher nicht enttäuscht. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet (Salz und Zucker fehlten leider), die Bäder und Schlafzimmer super stylish und absolut zweckgemäß. Lediglich an den Badfenstern könnte man noch Plissés anbringen, sonst fühlt man sich etwas beobachtet (Nachbarhaus ist direkt im Sichtfeld). Man muss wissen, dass das Haus direkt an der Fernpassstraße liegt, weshalb mit erhöhtem Lärmpegel zu rechnen ist, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Wettersteinmassiv und die Zugspitze war toll und man konnte dort schön die Abende verbringen. Check in und Willkommen war super unkompliziert, wir durften sogar 30 Min. früher in die Wohnung. Danke für die schöne Zeit und vielleicht auf bald!

Thanks to its central location, just a few kilometres from Lermoos and Ehrwald, all the region's ski resorts are within easy reach. It is a family-friendly ski area with practice slopes and childcare for toddlers.
