In a peaceful location near the ski area, you will find this typical Tyrolean holiday home extending over 3 floors. In summer you can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace and in winter you can get together cosily in the living room with dining table and TV. Thanks to the presence of ski boot warmers, you can go out every day well prepared. Perfect in every season! .

Located in Austria's picturesque Zillertal valley, Zell am Ziller is a lively village that attracts nature lovers and adventurers alike. Surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Zillertal Alps, Zell am Ziller offers a plethora of activities and a charming atmosphere. In summer, discover the stunning surroundings via the extensive hiking and cycling trails that wind past green valleys and mountainous meadows. In winter, the region transforms into a winter sports paradise. The ski bus stops 250 m from the house and takes you to the gondola and thus to the famous Zillertal Arena ski area. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach, so you can leave the car at home .

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Häuschen. Es war sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Unser absolutes Highlight war das Trampolin für die Kinder und der schöne Garten, der zum entspannen einlud. Die Zimmer waren in Top Zustand und auch die Betten waren super bequem. Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage, und doch Zentrumsnähe (ca. 10 min. Fußmarsch) . Auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und man konnte sie immer erreichen. Wir können es einfach nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sicherlich nochmal. 🤗
