About this holiday home
The Schleicherhof is a freestanding, operational vital farm awarded with 4 flowers, located directly at the entrance of the Zillertal valley. In the back part of the house, on the first floor, you’ll find a lovingly furnished holiday apartment (40 sqm) with a living kitchen and 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family with 2 children. In winter, the free ski bus takes you to the Hochfügen/Spieljoch ski area, which is only 8 km away, and in summer, there is plenty for the children to discover on the farm.
The very child-friendly family's greatest concern is that their guests feel at home. You can enjoy this in the two fantastic flats in the main house or in the two cosy flats in the detached annexe. An infrared cabin, table football and fitness trainer are always at your disposal. There are plenty of animals to pet and love on the farm, and our own products such as natural yoghurt, jams, juices, fruit schnapps, liqueurs and herbal pillows round off the offer. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

We are always delighted when our guests' children can experience the not-so-everyday working day on a farm with wide eyes. The fresh milk from the cows, which is processed into butter and cheese and perhaps a ride on the tractor is certainly an experience for all children. We are happy to provide you with fresh organic hay milk every day. Info: from June to September the cows are on the mountain pasture, so there is no milk and yoghurt in the house. However, some calves, chickens, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs can be petted on the farm
