About this holiday home

This luxury holiday home is sunny in the mountains near Kauns. With a balcony and terrace, you admire the views of the mountain world every day. Hiking trails start from the doorstep. The house is fully equipped with an oak sauna. Enjoy homemade meals in the kitchen with cooking island. Enjoy together at the dining table in the bay window. And there is a play corner for the children. The stove is decorative, not functional.

Surrounding the chalet is a decked terrace with wooden garden furniture. Here you can enjoy a magazine in the Austrian sun in summer! There is plenty of parking space near the chalet. So if you are looking for a lovely holiday home for several families or large groups of friends, you have now found it! The restaurants are already 300 metres from the chalet, so if you don't feel like cooking, enjoy the Austrian delicacies and cosiness here! .

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit vor Ort. Es gibt viel Raum und Möglichkeiten als Gruppe zusammen zu sitzen und eine gute Zeit zusammen zu haben.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Haus Aifnerspitze im Kaunertal verbracht. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die offene Küche und der große Esstisch haben für uns den Lebensmittelpunkt dargestellt, sodass wir das Wohnzimmer im Untergeschoss fast gar nicht genutzt haben. Vielen Dank für die vielfältigen Informationen zu Erlebnissen in der Umgebung, so haben wir auch in der Nebensaison einiges erleben dürfen.

Świetne miejsce na urlop w większym gronie. Blisko stoki narciarskie, przepiękne tereny spacerowe- ścieżki dostosowane do spacerów z wózkiem dziecięcym. Dom- rewelacja, bardzo czysto, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia(garnki/patelnie/naczynia żaroodporne/kieliszki - różne rodzaje/ekspres przelewowy/zastawa obiadowa i śniadaniowa), obiekt zgodny z opisem. Przed naszym przyjazdem zamontowano zabezpieczenia na schody dla dzieci, łóżeczko i krzesełko do karmienia - co mocno ułatwiło nam życie. Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości i był pomocny. Miejsce godne polecenia!
