About this holiday home Stay in this former Austrian-style restaurant that features a cosy bar and an enclosed Biergarten. There is a playroom with games, a PlayStation and TV for the kids, and the group's chef can prepare the most delicious meals in the professional kitchen, or on the barbecue. If you are staying with a group of up to 30 people, some bedrooms and bathrooms will be closed by mutual agreement. What does the group chat think?

For a group of winter sports enthusiasts, this is an ideal place to stay. The ski bus stops outside the door and takes you in 5 minutes to one of Austria's biggest ski areas called Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser. If you stay a little longer on the bus, you'll end up in well-known Westendorf. This is where you'll experience vibrant après-ski!
But in summer too, the region offers both plenty of entertainment for all ages. How about a wonderful hike through nature? Whether you opt for one of the panoramic walks on the Hohe Salve, the themed walks or the hikes to mountain peaks; there are routes for everyone

Can drinks etc. be provided locally? Is there a delivery service for food or catering?
The customer must purchase drinks himself. Unfortunately, this cannot be arranged on site. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to organise catering or have food delivered from the area.

No, the tap cannot be used.
Where can one get sandwiches?
There is a bakery at the Spar (0043-5335-20462 - direction Itter) and there is an M-Preis at 2 km. with fresh bread rolls that may want to deliver, but the customer can arrange that with them.
Is there a sound/music system in the house?
The owner has a sound system and with a separate cable you can also connect your own music to the existing speakers. The owner makes sure that there are various connecting cables, but advises customers to bring their own cables as well, as they differ for each device.
What does the bar/restaurant area look like?
The restaurant area is a large room, with the bar, breakfast room, a door to the Biergarten and a sliding door to the recreation room where children, but also adults, can chill/relax.

The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, various knives and kitchen utensils, large professional four-burner cooker, griddle, professional hot air oven (gastro dimensions), small freezer, large refrigerator of about 400 litres, 2 dishwashers and professional stainless steel workbenches. In other words, totally complete.

Can you give more details about the layout of the house?
1st Floor Apartment Itter/Hopfgarten, these are originally 2 flats where the partition wall has been removed. Here you have 2 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms with 2 bathrooms. These rooms can be closed off separately. The flats are located at the back of the house. Flat Brixen and flat Westendorf are 2 separate flats with the same layout. With smaller groups, I would lock these flats first. They have the same layout and are located at the front of the house. You enter in 1 of the bedrooms with double bed, here is also the access to the bathroom. Then there is a separate bedroom with double bed and a lockable sleeping niche with bunk beds. 2nd Floor Apartment Soll and Scheffau are 2 separate flats with the same layout. Here you have a double room and a triple room and a separate bathroom. These rooms can be closed off separately. The flats are located at the back of the house. Wilder Kaiser is a double room with private bathroom Apartment Ellmau has 2 double rooms, the entrance to the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. The flat is located at the front of the house. Flat Scheffau has 3 double bedrooms which are interconnected. The entrance to the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. The flat is located at the front of the house. It is important to consider the composition of the group when dividing the flats. The flats Brixen, Westendorf, Ellmau and Scheffau are more suitable for families. Perhaps we can divide the apartments by mutual agreement. For smaller groups we will close some flats. The entrance will be on the side of the flats. Here is a reading/working table, the lift and downstairs the ski locker. The corridor leads to the restaurant area, the kitchen, the playroom, the beer garden and the little garden.
