A pool table, darts and a TV await in the basement for socialising. From the balcony you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains. In winter, the practice slope and the ski gondola to the large ski area are practically next to the holiday home, without the need for a car or ski bus. For those who find Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, Austria's largest ski area, too extensive, there is also a smaller family ski area in Kelchsau. Thereby, the ski lift has a supervised ski depot with ski boot heating. In summer, the nearby mountains offer wonderful opportunities for beautiful hikes and mountain bike tours. Golf enthusiasts can have a great time in nearby Westendorf. In addition, a swimming lake, a summer toboggan run and minigolf provide entertainment for summer visitors! .

Sehr schönes, kernsaniertes und modernes Haus! Meiner großen Familie hat es sehr gefallen. Es ist zwar direkt neben Bahngleisen und nicht weit geht eine Hauptstraße vorbei! Aber das bemerkt oder hört man kaum (nicht). Der Außenbereich ist auch super schön gemacht. Auch die nette Mitarbeiterin gab super Tipps für Ausflüge.

Wir waren 13 Personen für ein Familienwochenende. Das Haus an sich entsprach unseren Erwartungen und auch den Fotos im Inserat, einzig die Lage direkt an der Bahnstrecke direkt hinterm Haus und der Strassenkreuzung daneben trüben das Bild da ein wenig. Da das Haus direkt mitten im Ort ist ist die Weitsicht nicht so dolle aber man kann dafür alles wichtige Fussläufig in wenigen min erreichen (Bäcker, Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants und Bars, Bahnhaltestelle, Seilbahn etc.). Das Haus ist sehr Sauber und auch modern eingerichtet. Die Küche hat eine größe um problemlos auch für 15-20 Personen zu Kochen. Zwei Spülmaschinen sorgen dafür das danach schnell wieder entspannt werden kann (Spülmaschinen Tabs müssen selbst mitgebracht werden). Alles in allem hatten wir dort sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in einer Wunderschönen Gegend in der es viel zu entdecken und zu erleben gibt.

Goed en luxueus ingericht huis, met 18pers. wordt het sanitair bereik wel krap. De BBQ is echter veel te klein voor een groep boven 8 personen. Goed geluid geïsoleerd met betrekking op de naastliggende provinciale weg en het spoor, geen overlast bij dichte ramen. Voor mensen boven de 1.80 meter een bouwhelm meenemen, de ingang en kelder is erg laag. Zeer centraal gelegen in het dorp openbaar vervoer voor grote regio gratis.

Our chalet is situated in a very central location (on the railway line, but no disturbance due to good insulation and a noise barrier). Almost directly next to the practice slope and the ski gondola of the largest ski area in Austria. From our house you can reach the ski gondola and the lift in 2 minutes on foot!

Tip from the expert

The chalet offers parking for 4 cars, but there is also a central car park 100 metres away. All facilities are a few minutes' walk away, so you can leave the car for the whole holiday.
