Welcome to the organic farm Troadstad'l! In this beautiful Austrian holiday home, you will be able to enjoy nature to the fullest! And the icing on the cake, that is of course the beautiful terrace with views over the mountains, here you will enjoy your glass of wine or beer that little bit extra. A fun fact, the owner is a mountain hiking guide and can tell you lots of tips and walking routes through the area .

This beautiful property is located at 1,150m, in a quiet and secluded location, with all-round views of the Brixental and the Kitzbüheler Alps. Moreover, just 45 minutes away from the property is the idyllic Salvensee! The location is ideal for active nature lovers and families with adventurous children .

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns bei Fragen schnell geantwortet und weitergeholfen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, hoch oben über dem Tal. Wandermöglichleiten direkt ab der Haustür zur hohen Salve inkl. super Einkehrmöglichkeit auf dem Weg. Für Kinder optimal. Schöner Spielplatz mit kleiner Wanderung erreichbar. Könnte nur im Hochsommer etwas warm werden unterm Dach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten 4Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Umgebung sind viele Wanderrouten, Schwimmbäder und im Ort eine tolle Freizeitanlage mit Spiel- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Der Persönliche Austausch mit den Gastgebern und die Tipps für die Umgebung waren sehr angenehm, vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einer tollen Unterkunft mit sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Aussicht kaum zu übertreffen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
