Welcome to the organic farm Troadstad'l! In this beautiful Austrian holiday home, you will be able to enjoy nature to the fullest! And the icing on the cake, that is of course the beautiful terrace with views over the mountains, here you will enjoy your glass of wine or beer that little bit extra. A fun fact, the owner is a mountain hiking guide and can tell you lots of tips and walking routes through the area .

This beautiful property is located at 1,150m, in a quiet and secluded location, with all-round views of the Brixental and the Kitzbüheler Alps. Moreover, just 45 minutes away from the property is the idyllic Salvensee! The location is ideal for active nature lovers and families with adventurous children .

Good to know

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Alles perfekt ! nur der check out 9:00 Uhr war schon sehr früh normalerweise ist es zwischen 10:00 Uhr und 12:00 Uhr mittags ansonsten alles super

Incredible stay! Breathtaking views, loads of hikes right out the door, and super comfortable accommodations. Sabine and Andreas are very kind and ready with tips for the area. The space was perfect for a couple. Overall a great stay!
