About this holiday home

Welcome to the organic farm Troadstad'l! In this beautiful Austrian holiday home, you will be able to enjoy nature to the fullest! And the icing on the cake, that is of course the beautiful terrace with views over the mountains, here you will enjoy your glass of wine or beer that little bit extra. A fun fact, the owner is a mountain hiking guide and can tell you lots of tips and walking routes through the area .

This beautiful property is located at 1,150m, in a quiet and secluded location, with all-round views of the Brixental and the Kitzbüheler Alps. Moreover, just 45 minutes away from the property is the idyllic Salvensee! The location is ideal for active nature lovers and families with adventurous children .

Good to know

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Sabine und Andreas! Es ist mit Abstand eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen in der wir bis jetzt waren– liebevoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage: ruhig und nah an der Natur, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Der Blick auf die Berge ist einfach traumhaft und der gemütliche Bauernhof ist ideal, um Ausflüge zu starten oder einfach in der gemütlichen Unterkunft zu entspannen. Was unseren Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, waren Sabine und Andreas selbst. Mit ihrer herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Art haben sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns ein paar Tage komplett sorgenlos erholen konnten.

Et vidunderligt ophold i maleriske omgivelser. På bjerget var der roligt og ingen støj, udsigten var i top og vi kunne se hele dalen, som var smuk både om dagen og om natten. Du bor lokalt som i gamle dage på denne charmerende farm. Om natten kunne vi sove uden generende larm. Stedet er helt unikt og jeg vil på det kraftigste anbefale det til både sommer og vinter gæster. En bil er et must for dit ophold her. Værterne var søde og i mødekommende og meget flexible. Kun rosende ord herfra. Tak , vi kommer gerne igen.
