The accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn. A leisurely walk with views of the Kitzbühel mountains takes you directly to the valley station of the Hornbahn cable car. The Hahnenkamm gondola station is also just 3.0 km from the accommodation. For skiing fans, the location is simply fantastic. You can watch the Hahnenkamm race wonderfully from the terrace and have a cosy winter BBQ on the side. In the low seasons and in summer, you have all kinds of possibilities in Kitzbühel. Whether you want to explore the mountains and alpine pastures on a leisurely hike or prefer to go mountain biking. On cold and rainy days you can relax in the covered swimming pool of the Aquarena or on hot days again stroll along the Schwarzsee and cool off in the healing moor water.
