About this holiday home

About 500 m above the village centre of Kappl is this lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor. It features a private entrance, for the necessary privacy, and a spacious living room where you can socialise. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful views of the Paznaun Valley mountains. Luxury and privacy in a peaceful location!.

The ski bus stops almost in front of the door and takes you to the nearby Diasbahn in Kappl or to the lifts in the well-known ski resorts of Ischgl, Galtür and See. You can also walk directly to the slopes of the Diasbahn, which is about 200 m from the house. If snow conditions are good, you can even ski right up to the front door. The 2024/25 winter sports season in Kappl ends on 30 March 2025 due to the new construction of the Diasbahn. However, guests can divert to the ski resorts of See and Ischgl, which are easily accessible by ski bus .

Große Wohnung, schön eingerichtet und gelegen. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Bei der Frage nach einen, zunächst nicht vorhandenen Toaster wurde sofort einer gebracht. Wir hatten überlesen, dass wir Handtücher selbst hätten mitbringen sollen - war aber auch kein Problem und freundlich wurden uns welche gebracht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin.

Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Dorfmitte und trotzdem nur ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss von Zentrum entfernt - also super Lage. Die Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge direkt am Haus. Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten und eingerichtet , hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bäder was für entspannte Atmosphäre im Urlaub wichtig ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Aufenthaltsraum bietet genug Platz zum essen und chillen. Die Vermieter super nett und freundlich. Wir haben das "Brötchen -Service" genutzt und können es weiter empfehlen . Insgesamt war es für uns eine tolle Woche. Danke!
