The living room has a beautiful wooden floor and you will find a luxurious open kitchen with all modern conveniences. From the large balcony, with 2 sofas, you can enjoy the Austrian sun while you enjoy the view of the mountains.

The location of the house is perfect, as the gondola can be reached by ski bus within 2 minutes. Brixen im Thale is a suitable winter sports destination thanks to its favourable location in relation to SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental and the Kitzbühel Alps. In addition, Brixen im Thale is located in one of the few valleys that is open on both sides. The many restaurants and shops in the village are within walking distance.
