This holiday home is located in the centre of beautiful Brixen im Thale. Cosy restaurants and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity, as well as shops for daily shopping. The location is ideal, in winter the ski bus (stop right in front of the house) takes you in 2 minutes to the gondolas, which give you access to Austria's largest interconnected ski area - the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. So you can leave the car behind for the whole holiday! It is situated in a prime location for a relaxing holiday and also an excellent starting point for fun on the slopes in winter. In summer, the region offers beautiful cycling, hiking and mountain bike routes through the characteristic Austrian nature, in addition to sunbathing meadows, a swimming lake and several swimming pools .

Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben Das Appartment hatte alles was man für einen (Wander-)Urlaub braucht und ist wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Check in und out vollkommen unkompliziert. Wir waren zu Zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Betten / Matratzen waren gemau richtig für uns, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Mängel der vorhergehenden Bewertungen wurden dahingehend behoben, dass genügend Geschirr da war. Es gab Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Handspülmittel, Geschirrtuch, Küche rolle, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeefilter (solche "Verbrauchsmittel" nimmt sowieso jeder von zu Hause mit, der Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung macht). Es gab einen Sandwichmaker, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Ausserdem war ziemlich viel Geschirr, Besteck da. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. -Das TV- Gerät im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht, wie bereits in vorhergehender Bewertung geschrieben - Das (Schlaf)Sofa im Wohnzimmerbereich ist wirklich ungemütlich hart - Warmwasser in der Dusche braucht lange und ist schwierig zu regulieren

Alles war sauber und gepflegt, ein niedliches kleines Apartment. Schade war nur, dass der Kühlschrank aus war als ankamen, es brauchte viele Stunden bis er kalt war. Gerne immer wieder und danke :)

Sehr gut gelegene kleine Wohnung. Der Skibus hält 50 Meter entfernt, ein Billa zum einkaufen ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Die Kochstelle ist leider sehr klein ausgefallen, zwei mittlere Töpfe passen nicht nebeneinander, so dass man in Etappen kochen muss. Für vier Personen sehr zeitaufwendig. Auch ist nicht genügend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden, so dass man zu jeder Mahlzeit das Geschirr spülen muss. Einen Toaster gibt es auch nicht, ebenso nur eine Mikrowelle aber ohne Backfunktion. Für den Preis darf man eine bessere Ausstattung erwarten! In der kleinen Tiolette gibt es keine Waschgelegenheit, man muss immer in das Badezimmer gehen zum Händewaschen. Der Fernseher im "Elternschlafzimmer" funktionierte auch nur teilweise, da scheinbar das Sattelittenkabel defekt ist.
