About this holiday home

What an experience! This accommodation consists of two attractive, detached chalets and is located on a very sunny southern slope with beautiful unobstructed views over the Pinzgautal valley and the surrounding mountain world! The ideal location for a holiday with family and in-laws, to holiday together, yet separately. No less than 1170 metres above sea level. The chalets are identical and can be found at the very end of the mountain road.

you can use a shared grill area and the outdoor sauna. However, privacy around the chalet is guaranteed. Around both chalets are several terraces and a playground for children. Because the chalet is so quietly located, the game and deer that live in the forest come right up to the house. In winter, there can just be 2 1/2 metres of snow. Pure nature! With a total area of 2x100 m2 on two floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Optimum enjoyment, therefore, on the sunny terrace, or relax in the infrared sauna after an active day. The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you are in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!" The chalet is easily accessible via a mountain road, the last 200 metres of which are unpaved and steep. Although in winter the road is always cleared of snow, it is compulsory to put on snow chains already at the bottom (near the little church). If uncertain, it is wise to ask the owner about this. Organising parties or drinking parties in this house is prohibited.

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed. . Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 19 Personen davon 7 Kinder. Die Lage der Häuser oben auf dem Berg ist absolut traumhaft. Die beiden Häuser plus das Grundstück sind mit liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Man hat alles was man aus unserer Sicht benötigt vor Ort um einen tollen Urlaub zu verleben. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Wenn man jeden Abend im Restaurant essen oder den Abend unterwegs sein möchte hat man natürlich einige Höhenmeter bis ins Tal und wieder zurück vor sich.

Es war einer unserer Besten Aufenthalte in Österreich. Der Panoramablick ist einfach unglaublich. Eine sehr schöne Gegend. Beide Häuser bieten viel Platz, auch für größere Gruppen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.
