About this holiday home

In a sunny location, against the rolling hills of Mühlbach and close to the ski bus stop, is this luxury apartment complex. You have access to a communal sauna and from the balcony you can enjoy the sun's rays and mountain views, As soon as you enter the property you will be welcomed by a luxurious interior, the kitchen with modern facilities and the living room with lots of atmosphere. Comfort and relaxation in a prime location! .

Mühlbach is one of the three villages (along with Dienten and Maria Alm) set against the stately 2941-metre-high mountain, the Hochkönig. The ski area of the same name is equipped with modern lifts and it is great for beginners as well as (advanced) skiers. You can even ski all the way to the village of Maria Alm via the Königstour. Cross-country skiing is, of course, also possible here. As the trails are located high up, they are easily passable even well into winter. In summer, the region transforms into a beautiful hiking and mountain biking area. Highly recommended for nature lovers! .

Wonderful The apartment is spacious, stylish, feels modern and clean. Fast wifi, nice TV, comfortable beds. Very good kitchen. Huge terrace with a beautiful view. Everyone in the family loved the place. Seamless and quick contact with the host by Whatsapp, we received plenty of instructions prior arrival and departure. Bread and rolls delivery service has been arranged and worked flawlessly. Reserved parking spot. No surprise fees after arrival. The place has heating under the floor, which is nice but makes it hard to dry clothes. There were two electric heaters in the bathrooms, but we could only get one to work (we reported that to the host but did not get it fixed during the stay). Trying to dry ski clothes for six people after rainy days with just one heater was a big challenge. But we managed with some gymnastics so not a deal breaker.

Mühlbach has two cross-country ski runs with a total length of around 10 kilometres. Do you want to do some tobogganing? There are three toboggan runs with a total length of almost 7 kilometres.
