Enjoy a lovely time in this flat on the first floor of a small apartment complex with lift. The flat can accommodate 5 adults and 1 child up to max 80 kg due to the top bunk bed. It has a modern interior and a balcony on each side. Fixed internet connections are available. The windows are equipped with blinds and you have access to a communal car park with ski storage. What a luxury!.
Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. This is possible with just 1 ski pass! Surrounded by no fewer than three ski resorts, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of piste kilometres and snow. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area ! By the way, the ski bus stops right in front of the door, the ski lift can be reached within 1 kilometre and the ski school for beginners is located within 200 metres of the flat.

The house is on the small side for 6 adults. In addition, the sofa bed is a bunk bed. You pull the sofa bed up into a bunk bed. You sleep above each other, not side by side. The upper bed may be loaded to a maximum of 80 kg.

Besides Kaprun, the well-known Zell am See is located on a large mountain lake, called the Zeller See. This gives it a unique appearance. The centre has many shops where you can go shopping or have a delicious meal.

Pay a visit to Ice Arena. Here you take the three cable cars up to the 3,000 metre point. At the very top, at 3,029 metres, you can go tobogganing with the children in the ICE Arena and have a drink at one of the bars. The ICE Arena is also open in summer.
