On nice summer days you can reach the Krimml Waterfalls within 25 minutes by car and the Hollersbach bathing lake within two minutes. If you like golf, you can hit a few holes in Mittersill at the Golf Club Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.

On snowy days you can go hiking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing in the immediate vicinity. The ski shuttle is also not far away, with which you can reach the skiing areas of Kitzbühel or Bramberg. By car, you can reach the panoramic Kitzbühel Alps cable car in two minutes
