About this holiday home

In Mühlbach at Hochkönig Winterreich is an apartment complex in a sunny position and easily accessible by car. Close to the Hochkeil ski area and ski bus stop (220m). The luxuriously furnished flat includes a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious balcony (15m2), and a smaller balcony (5m2). You can also use the communal sauna in the complex. Please note that there is no lift, so the flat is less suitable for the disabled.

Mühlbach is one of the three villages (along with Dienten and Maria Alm) that lie against the stately 2941-metre-high mountain, the Hochkönig. Here you will find several shops and restaurants. The ski area of the same name is equipped with modern lifts and it is a beautiful area for beginners as well as (advanced) skiers. Via the Königstour, you can even ski down to the village of Maria Alm. Cross-country skiing is, of course, also possible here. As the trails are located high up, it is easily passable even well into winter. In summer, it is a beautiful hiking and mountain biking area. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

Das ski-Gebiet ist super, wenn man mindestens Rot fährt. Wenn man nur blau fährt, könnte es am Ende etwas eintönig werden, wenn man das Auto nicht nutzen möchte, um zu den anderen Bergen zu fahren.

Wir waren in der Vorweihnachtszeit zu 6. für eine Woche in diesem wundervollen Appartement. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Passend zur Weihnachtszeit war ein kleiner beleuchteter Tannenbaum vorhanden und schöne Beleuchtung am Haus. Die Sauna war einfach zu bedienen und war das tägliche Highlight neben der tollen Aussicht runter ins Tal. Alles in allem war es einfach super ! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Perfect place if you looking for a quiet area. Place is easy to find. Check in was smooth and fast. During my stay, the place was clean. The sauna inside the house was convenient to use and the main balcony is big. The surrounding scenery was like a beautiful white christmas. The person who was communicating with me during my stay is nice and helpful. Closest supermarket was around 15-20 minutes drive away.

The entrance to the building is at the level of the parking spaces. To access the flat, guests have to climb 2 small stairs, each of which has about 6 steps. The flat itself is otherwise entirely at ground level.
