The penthouse features comfortable bedrooms and a cosy living room with a dining area. You can get together here after a day in the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare the most delicious dishes and you can relax in the shared sauna. There is parking space for 2 cars and (rented) bikes. Not to mention the covered balcony. What a view, huh? .

Just 400 metres from the house is a supermarket where you can do your daily shopping. But don't feel like cooking for yourself one day? The nearest restaurants can be found just 300 metres from the house! Among winter sports enthusiasts, this penthouse is a popular place to stay. Just 300 metres from the house, you take the ski bus to the popular Zell am See-Kaprun ski area, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The latter (cross-country skiing), by the way, is already possible 500 m from the house. In summer, it is also great to be here. In the beautiful region, you can make kilometres of walks and cycle tours through unspoilt nature. Just 9.5 km away is the Zellersee: a lake where you can enjoy swimming, accompanied by a sunbathing lawn for sun lovers. As a guest, you can take advantage of the Guest Mobility Ticket, which offers free public transportation throughout the region (Salzburgerland). A day trip to the beautiful city of Salzburg is also a great idea.

الشقة جميلة الغرف ضيقه شوي ، فيه مصعد للدور الثاني ومشكلتها الحشرات بسبب ان مافيه مكيف والشبابيك بدون شبك يمنع الحشرات. لكن ف المجمل انصح فيها كسعر مناسب

The flat was lovely and as described. The village is small and beautiful and rural. I think the parking and access was good. We were using the local train which is a stop request service and comes every hour and takes you to Zell am See. It was a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There was one restaurant open which was a 15 minute walk, but during the summer season the village is mostly farming and it would be good to have a car or a bicycle as there was not a local shop that we could find.

😀 Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick ist ein besonderes Highlight! Ein Fahrstuhl führt von der Garage im Keller direkt vor die Haustür. Für 6 Personen ist die Wohnung obtimal, weil dann niemand auf der Couch schlafen muss. Zwei Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Bad, das dritte (und größte, mit Balkon) verfügt über ein eigenes. Die Bäder sind modern, gepflegt und sauber. Insgesamt ein Ort des Wohlfühlens! 😞 Es gab einige unsaubere Ecken, v.a. unter den Betten. Leider war der Staubsaugerbeutel schon bei Ankunft voll... Beim Abziehen lagen dann zwei benutzte Ohrenstäbchen im Bett, das passte nicht zur ansonsten gepflegten Erscheinung der Wohnung. In der Küche hätten wir uns eine größere Schüssel für Salat und Eierbecher gewünscht, ansonsten ist sie gut ausgestattet.

المسكن جميل للغاية ونظيف ومرتب وموقعه ممتاز ويتوفر به شطاف بالحمام. لكن ينقصه بطاقة زيلامسي الصيفية للفعاليات. وتوفر الصابون بالحمامات.
