The penthouse features comfortable bedrooms and a cosy living room with a dining area. You can get together here after a day in the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare the most delicious dishes and you can relax in the shared sauna. There is parking space for 2 cars and (rented) bikes. Not to mention the covered balcony. What a view, huh?

Just 400 metres from the house is a supermarket where you can do your daily shopping. But don't feel like cooking for yourself one day? The nearest restaurants can be found just 300 metres from the house!
Among winter sports enthusiasts, this penthouse is a popular place to stay. Just 300 metres from the house, you take the ski bus to the popular Zell am See-Kaprun ski area, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The latter (cross-country skiing), by the way, is already possible 500 m from the house.
In summer, it is also great to be here. In the beautiful region, you can make kilometres of walks and cycle tours through unspoilt nature. Just 9.5 km away is the Zellersee: a lake where you can enjoy swimming, accompanied by a sunbathing lawn for sun lovers
