About this holiday home

Although this may be called a flat, you imagine yourself in a chalet. The decoration is truly beautiful. With an eye for detail, a lot of wood has been used in the furnishing and finishing. Really very atmospheric! The garden with large terrace and lawn is a summer enrichment for the apartment. Take the outdoor sauna where you can relax after an active day.

Uttendorf is a small and convenient village located between the ski resorts of Zell am See /Kaprun and Kitzbühel. A top location for active winter sports enthusiasts who also like variety. Your holiday address is centrally located, and at the same time wonderfully quiet. And then summer. Explore the area on foot or by bike. Many routes through the mountain landscape await you. Or spend a day at the swimming lake that can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Mooi en modern vakantiehuis/appartement waar liefde en aandacht in is gestoken. Schoonmaak is goed.  Fijn meubilair en goede bedden!  2 moderne badkamers. Goede wasmachine en droger is heel prettig.  Fijne tuin.  Eigenaar is aardig en goed contact gehad via mail. We mochten eerder op de dag het appartement betreden. Erg fijn!  Afval sorteren is goed te doen met alle vuilnisbakken onder de carport.  Carport voor de auto is ook fijn.  Plek van het appartement is goed. Centraal en de Badensee is maar een klein stukje wandelen. Supermarkt in de buurt.  Paar punten die het cijfer niet beïnvloeden ;) :  - Er zijn veel vliegen en muggen. Geen horren voor ramen.   - Koekenpannen zijn aan vervanging toe.  - Je kunt vanaf straat in de sauna kijken. Geen privacy. Wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar voor de mensen die ervoor kiezen. Wees voorbereid.  - uitleg over automatisch zonnescherm zou fijn zijn. Ben erachter gekomen dat als het iets waait hij vanzelf in gaat. Soort beveiliging. Mooie functie. Je moet het alleen wel weten. Hij gaat dan namelijk niet meer naar beneden.  We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit prachtige appartement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und gut gelegen für Ausflüge im Pinzgau. Auto von Vorteil. Die Sauna ist ein Highlight.
