About this holiday home

A typical Austrian flat in beautiful Stuhlfelden, just around the corner from Mittersill. The flat has a lovely wooden balcony where a sunny spot is guaranteed! In summer, enjoy the small garden lounge, a bit away from the house, where the little guests play with the swing, slide together with the children of the house. While here in winter you rest after an active day on the slopes. The options are endless! .

The panoramic Kitzbüheler Alpen cable car can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and in summer the adventure swimming lake Uttendorf is only 3 minutes away by car. The location of the house avoids long drives to the main road.

Location was perfect for us, easy to reach multiple skiing resorts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was as described and pictures are clear. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, like coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc. Inside the house is a location to dry the ski boots. There is an EV charging point close by, at the train station (about 5-6 minutes walking). The toilet is combined with the bathroom, especially with larger groups this is a downside. There isn't a couch or chill space, for us it was fine though misses a bit the living room idea.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i ert fina hus!! Vi kände oss varmt välkomna, fick fina välkomstgåvor när vi anlände. Huset var mycket rent och väl anpassat för antalet gäster. Fina omgivningar, mina barn älskade att titta på alla djuren som fanns i byggnaden bredvid. Kan varmt rekommendera att bo hos er!! Vi kommer tillbaka nån gång!

Heerlijke accomodatie met uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Comfortabele accomodatie, mooi centraal gelegen t.o.v. diverse mooie ski- en wandelgebieden. Monika - de eigenaresse - is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader voor gezin of vriendengroep die een weekje in een mooie omgeving in Oostenrijk willen vertoeven. N.v.t.

Our stay was truly wonderful and comfortable. The villa was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view and the calm atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax after long travel days.
