Het huis was goed te vinden en aan te rijden; ruime parkeerplekken. De weg ernaar toe is erg steil, in het geval van een pak sneeuw is het zelfs met sneeuwkettingen lastig te bereiken. Door de steile weg loop je ook niet gemakkelijk naar de winkels/bakker. Er was vermeld dat er een startpakket aan handdoeken zou zijn; we hebben zelf een extra handdoek pp meegenomen. De keuken was ruim voorzien in keukengerei en glazen. Wat we gemist hebben: nespresso (er waren wel een koffieapparaat en senseo), badmat. Het was handig geweest als er een mapje over het huis en de omgeving op tafel zou liggen. Het duurde even voordat we achter de bediening van de verwarming/fornuis/oven kwamen, of welke piste we op de terugweg moesten nemen om bij het huis uit te komen. Neem ook een extra verdeelstekker mee als je je telefoon naast je bed wil opladen. Bij het nachtkastje is wel een stopcontact, maar daar zit het nachtlampje al in.
