This fully equipped and attractively furnished flat is located on a very sunny southern slope with wonderful unobstructed views of the Pinzgau Valley and the surrounding mountain world! The location is very central both in summer and winter. The small ski area of Naglköpfl is just around the corner where beginners can try out their first steps on the long skis. Also ideal for families with small children.
Within a few minutes by car, you can reach the popular ski areas of Zell am See (Schmittenhöhe), Kaprun or the snow-assured glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m).
Also in summer, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling.
There is a lot to do in the region culturally, such as many traditional festivals, or a visit to museums or cinemas.
