The villa is within walking distance of Lake Veere. Via a path in the garden, you reach a jetty for general use, ideal for swimming, supping or picking someone up by boat. The North Sea beach is easily accessible by bike and the bicycle-foot ferry to Veere is nearby.
Park De Schotsman is spacious with plenty of privacy. In the vicinity you will find a supermarket, bakery and water sports facilities such as sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing and, in summer, an Aquapark at the neighbouring park Ruiterplaat

The location on the second row offers tranquility and a view over the Veerse Meer. In the large garden, there are several sunny and shady spots to be found, and there is ample parking available on the property. Upon arrival, the beds are made, and towels and kitchen cloths are provided. There is no television present, and the fireplace is not in use.
