Enjoy the sea all year round in this lovely beach house where comfort, tranquillity and atmosphere come together. A place where you wake up in the morning with the sea nearby and unwind in the evening by the crackling wood-burning stove, a real treat even in winter. There is plenty to enjoy around this beach house. You are directly on the wide, vast beach ideal for long walks, sunbathing, kite flying or a refreshing dip in the sea. Every season has its own charm here, from summer beach days to winter beach walks with hot chocolate afterwards.Close to Oostkapelle which is known for its beautiful, clean and spacious beach with excellent facilities and several rental points for everything you need by the sea. The beach pavilion invites for a delicious lunch, dinner or a drink overlooking the sea, relaxed enjoyment guaranteed. The surrounding area is perfect for long walks, cycling trips along the sea and through the dunes. From Oostkapelle, you can walk and cycle straight into the beautiful De Manteling and Oranjezon nature reserves, where you can wander through woods and dunes and experience plenty of peace and space.   • On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

  • It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Fijne plek om te verblijven aan zee, in het pittoreske dorp Oostkapelle! Het strand is op loopafstand en er zijn fietsen om naar het dorp of andere plekken te gaan. Rustige buurt met andere vakantiehuisjes. Het wordt wel erg warm binnen bij hoge temperaturen buiten. We hadden last van een wespennest en oven die het niet deed maar er kwam gelijk iemand kijken nadat we contact legden, super fijn!

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The house is clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. It’s a 15-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the dunes. It’s within walking distance of the highly recommended Boschhoek restaurant. The landlords, and their local contact were very friendly and responded quickly. In the shed, you’ll find four Dutch bikes and a handcart, which is very handy, as is the washing machine in the bathroom! The bikes do need a service though (lights and brakes!!!). It wasn’t easy to close the patio door either. Something needs fixing there. Given that the house is rather small and the garden is very small, the rental price seems a bit high compared to other properties in Oostkapelle. Having to pay €3 for a wash, even though you’re paying €2,400 for a week, is a bit ridiculous. On warm days, the house gets hot (>26°C). As the windows don’t open very wide, it’s not easy to let the heat out. Certainly a problem during prolonged heatwaves. Overall, a lovely house with minor issues.
