About this holiday home This cozy chalet on the water offers all the ingredients for a wonderful relaxing vacation with family or friends. From your chalet you can make a beautiful trip on the Loosdrechtse Plassen with your own or rented boat. Swimming is possible right outside the door. Via the swimming ladder attached to the terrace you can easily get out of the water. Note: for small children who do not have swimming certificate this house is not suitable because the terrace is not fenced.

The chalet has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. In the tastefully decorated living room you can enjoy your favorite series or book in the evening. And after a day on the road you can relax on your private terrace on the water. There is a picnic bench and from April 1 to October 31 you can also use the comfortable, adjustable garden chairs. If you are looking for peace and relaxation on, on and around the water, this is absolutely the right place.

You are surrounded by water and there are plenty of opportunities to explore the watery environment. Rent a sloop, canoe or SUP to discover the lakes. You can bring your own boat and moor it at your accommodation (please reserve the slipway in advance). At the reception you can also rent bikes and boats, get water sports equipment and of course get all the local tips about the area. You can park your car in the central area at about 100 meters from your accommodation.

In the vicinity you will find numerous docking places in harbors and restaurants where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner on a terrace overlooking the water. Outside Breukelen the water experience does not end. The Vinkeveense and Maarsseveensche Plassen are also very beautiful recreational areas. Of course it is no less enjoyable from the water's edge. Take a bike or skate ride along the Vecht and pass beautiful country houses, castles and villages like Loenen aan de Vecht. Breukelen is inviting and very centrally located in the Netherlands, so you are also in Utrecht or Amsterdam in no time.

And if it has frozen here, then you have the ultimate environment for long skating tours on natural ice. In that case you step from your chalet onto the ice, how wonderful is that!
