About this holiday home

This beautiful villa on the Loosdrecht lakes offers you the opportunity to bring your own boat, but you can also rent one from reception. From the enclosed terrace with landing stage and swimming ladder, you can step straight into the water. In winter, you can step onto the ice with the same ease. Relax with a good book on the lounge set and enjoy a cosy evening in the living room with underfloor heating and dining area. Not to mention the location! .

The water is in direct connection with the Loosdrechtse Plassen. So be sure to bring your own boat or hire a sloop from reception to explore the watery surroundings. Want to be more active? You can also go canoeing, supping, windsurfing and sailing. You will find plenty of moorings in the area where you can enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner on a terrace overlooking the water. In the surrounding area, you will also find lovely villages, country houses and castles. In the cosy village of Breukelen, you will find various cafés, restaurants and shops. Lovers of the big cities? Utrecht and Amsterdam are just around the corner .

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub in dem großen Haus verbracht. Die Betten waren wunderbar, viel Stauraum und natürlich ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Schiffe direkt vor dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Radfahrer, für Fußgänger aber weniger geeignet.

Yes, there are (ladies') bicycles for hire. Costs are 8 euros per day per bike or 30 euros per week.

Yes, you can charge your car in the port's car park using a regular socket. You pay €10 per day on the spot for charging per car. At Hotel Van er Valk in Breukelen (5 km away), there are lots of fast chargers.

Yes, you may fish at your own risk. A fishing licence is normally required in the Netherlands.

Within cycling distance you will find natural swimming pool De Meent. A very nice, relaxing and above all safe place to go with smaller children. It is the oldest outdoor supervised swimming pool in the Netherlands that is still in use!
