Around the house, the Green Heart unfolds: endless meadows with cows, narrow dykes and hushed farms. Between the waving reeds, you see the Kaagplassen glistening; boats sail by, reed birds whistle. In the distance, windmills slowly turn their sails. In the morning, mist hangs over the water, in the evening the sun colours the horizon orange and you return to the cosy cottage via winding paths
