About this holiday home

These 2 new holiday cottages Reggezicht and Weidezicht in Overijssel can be rented separately or as 1 unit. The cottages have a large garden with a playground, a large conservatory and an unobstructed view where you can enjoy the evening together. The cottages have spacious kitchens, equipped with all new appliances, and nice quiet bedrooms with new beds. A good choice for holidays with family or friends, one house is suitable for disabled people .

Cars can be parked on private property next to the house. Bicycles can be parked safely in the bike shed. A charging point is available, covered, and secured. Hellendoorn is a cozy village located in the east of the Netherlands. It is best known for its theme park, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn, which attracts many visitors yearly. But there is more to discover in Hellendoorn! Indeed, the village is located in a beautiful green landscape and offers many walking and cycling routes through forests, moors, and rivers. In addition, it houses a cozy center with lovely shops and restaurants.

heerlijk verblijf gehad! lekker buiten kunnen zitten op verschillende terrassen. Fijne tuin voor de kinderen om te spelen. Mooie huisjes welke wij beiden huurden. echte aanrader!

Prima huisje. Overkapping/serre creëert extra leefruimte wat erg prettig is. Het wordt er echter heel snel warm en benauwd. Als de zon schijnt, brand je weg.. Veel muggen en vliegen ondanks de horren. Gras is erg hoog, kids hebben amper gespeeld in de tuin. 1x maaien per week zou wel wenselijk zijn! Sanitair prima. Bedden heel erg zacht. Moet je van houden… Heel fijn dat er een wasmachine staat, hebben we met kleine kids zeker gebruik van gemaakt. Eigenaar reageert snel en woont ernaast. We hadden problemen met een verdwaalde man die kwam plassen in ons huis… daarna heeft de eigenaar hele toilet schoongemaakt! Brandalarm ging af, ook toen stond de eigenaar direct klaar om het op te lossen. Idem met de tv die het niet deed en de bedlampjes. Alles wat niet werkte werd gefixt. De omgeving is prima, lekkere ijssalon in Nijverdal ontdekt en de AH is op 8 min afstand. Pretpark Hellendoorn was immens druk maar erg leuk.

Can't complain. Everything was how it was described, Henk was a really nice host and we would definitely recommend the stay and the environment to friends. We were a family of 8 and rented the two homes. The big terrace was perfect but I did hear they would have to break it down so that's a shame, hope they find a solution. There is still a really big yard with a playground so it's perfect with children.

Wir waren mit einer jungen Gruppe von 8 Leuten bei diesem Airbnb - daher war der Preis pro Person echt in Ordnung. Es ist in zwei Apartments aufgeteilt, die durch den Wintergarten verbunden sind. Beide sind sehr schön eingerichtet und haben ausreichend Gegenstände vorhanden, wobei uns gestört hat, dass ein Apartment nur eine Toilette getrennt von dem Badezimmer hat, wobei das andere Apartment gleich zwei Toiletten hat. Auch gestört hat das Layout eines Zimmers im Apartment „Weidezicht“, da ein Zimmer direkt vor dem Wintergarten ist und nur eine Tür dorthin hat, keine Fenster. Uns hat auch gestört, dass die Klimaanlange geblockt war und es ständig heiß in den Apartments war. Trotzdem war Henk, der Hausverwalter, sehr nett, hat uns Kaffee beim Check-in angeboten, seine Dosensammlung gezeigt und war immer erreichbar. Der Garten war auch super groß und bot Platz für alles, was man so vorhat. Man ist daher, dass man auf dem Land ist, auf ein Auto angewiesen für Einkauf, Freizeit etc.

No these are 2 luxury flats connected by an inner door in the conservatory. From the conservatory, you can walk to each other and have passage. the conservatory is large enough for 8 to 10 people to enjoy eating and or playing games at the large table. There is also an extra large seating area here.

What about making the beds?

On arrival, a bedding pack will be waiting for you on each bed. Beds must be made before you can sleep in them. Beds may not be slept in unmade.

Marle is the ideal base to enjoy the Twente countryside combined with active, original and special arrangements. The owner also has a special tin museum which you can visit on request.
