Just under a kilometer away is the sheepfold, which also has a small refreshment area with interesting facts. Coffee, tea, and other drinks are served there. It is run by volunteers. Just over the border in Germany, you will find the Haarhmühle. You can enjoy sitting on the terrace or inside by the open fire in the middle of the restaurant. The accompanying watermill is almost always open for viewing. Throughout the year, you can play on the large adventure playground, which features a big slide, climbing and scrambling castle, scooters, and small bikes. A true recommendation! It's also a great starting point for a lovely walk where you can regularly encounter Highland cattle.
