Lovely charming house in Balkbrug, ideal for a quiet stay. This characteristic house offers a unique combination of modern comfort and historical atmosphere. Surrounded by natural landscapes and a short distance from hiking and cycling routes, it is the perfect base for nature lovers. The spacious garden and comfortable furnishings make it suitable for families or groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life .

Cars can be parked in front. The garden offers a spacious terrace, a somewhat smaller terrace, and several seating areas in the large, well-tended garden. It is rural life here, and dairy farming is still in full swing. You are in 'no time' at beautiful natural areas like Oud Avereest. In particular, the vast Wildenberg-Rabbinge forest and heathland area is excellent for walking and cycling. Guests can also take trips to Zwolle, Giethoorn, and Ommen.

Hele gastvrije eigenaren (Lucas & Irjan). Huis is ruim, bedden liggen goed, huis is goed onderhouden en van alle benodigdheden voorzien. Uitzicht en omgeving mooi en rustig, vooral met prachtig weer, optimaal genieten. We zijn met Pasen geweest. Hierdoor het paasvuur gezien, kunnen genieten van de koeien die weer naar buiten mochten en natuurlijk alles wat het seizoen met zich meebrengt. De tour van het aanliggende boerderij was ook erg leuk. De supermarkt is op 5 min rijden in een rustig dorpje, altijd handig. Het huis is ideaal voor vriendengroepen en families.

Heerlijk huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Huis ligt buiten het dorp Balkbrug in een landelijke omgeving bij een boerderij. Prima locatie voor wandelingen en fietstochten.

We hebben met veel plezier 4 weken doorgebracht op deze mooie locatie. De gastvrouw en familie zijn zeer gastvrij, we hebben zelfs een rondleiding gekregen in het melkveebedrijf. De woning is uitstekend bevallen, heerlijk groot, mooi ingericht, voorzien van alle comfort en gelegen op een mooie natuurrijke locatie in het Overijsselse landschap. Nogmaals onze hartelijke dank aan gastvrouw Irjam.

I do not have a grill plate and gourmet set. However, there is an oven with griddle and grill available.

Yes indeed the owner is the farmer's wife and would be happy to give you a tour of her own prairie garden, which is truly a sight to behold.

Apart from livestock, there is also a little dog walking around. A fine sweet animal that belongs to its owners.
