New and spacious! This lovely flat sits on the first floor and is fully insulated, overlooking the countryside. Modern and country-style furnishings with lots of space and beautiful beams. Large living room with comfortable lounge sofa, kitchen, large dining table, and cosy bedroom. The huge utility room has an infrared sauna, shower and washing machine. There is a separate bathroom with a spacious luxury washbasin with 2 sinks with a private men's toilet with urinal and private ladies' toilet .

This lovely holiday home in Reutum is a very nice place with stunning views. The surroundings are perfect for taking lovely walks and cycling trips. There is plenty to do here. You can enjoy the peace of rural surroundings while still having all the advantages of a city nearby. For example, visit the beautiful towns of Almelo, Hengelo and Enschede. Moreover, you can be in Germany within minutes. And above all, enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in the cosy restaurant and bar downstairs.

What else is there to do?

Across the road sits a cottage park where 52 play equipment can be found all over the park. There is also a swimming pool here that you can use for a fee.

Can we park our brought electric bikes somewhere?

Yes, bikes can be put in the shed at the back of the flat. Ask the owner about this.

Is there room for a smaller child who no longer fits in a camp bed?

Yes that is possible, the huge corner sofa in the living room can be made up as a bed, and 1 or 2 smaller children can sleep well there. It is not a real bed. Please consult with the owner to get bedding ready.

Do we have noise pollution from the eatery downstairs?

No, the flat is specially fully insulated, both the floors and all the doors. You won't have any noise pollution here.

Is there a sauna?

Yes indeed a brand new infrared sauna has been installed in the large utility room. Next to the shower cubicle, which you can sit in for two.

Tip from the homeowner

The owner, Bart Kleijsen, also has a café restaurant, Antje Billie, downstairs in the building. It's nice, cosy, and tasty. You can ask him anything, and he can, for example, arrange beautiful scooters or (electric) bikes for you to explore the area
