Zeer ruim appartement boven een restaurant. Toegang via een trap. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prettig was de aanwezigheid van zowel een Nespresso koffiezetapparaat met koffiecups als ook een filter koffiezetapparaat voor liefhebbers van filterkoffie. Er bestaat de mogelijkheid om een bestelling vanuit het restaurant naar boven te laten brengen. Al het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Een parkeerplaats achterom aan de ingangszijde van het appartement bereik je via de inrit naar de feestzalen 50m links van het restaurant. Wij waren er o.a. voor concerten van het Stiftfestival. Het Stift ligt op 1 km afstand. En we hebben enkele mooie fietstochten gemaakt in de omgeving. Fietsen kun je achter onder een afdak stallen.

Mooi appartement, erg ruime kamer met mooi hoog plafond. Was erg goed schoongemaakt. Hoorde wel een beetje van de kroeg beneden maar niet erg storend. Fijn aantal keukenlinnen en handdoeken. Er was geen olie aanwezig hoewel dit wel in de advertentie stond, wel peper en zout aanwezig.

Great place to spend a few days. Everything is exactly like in the description and pictures. The apartment is well equiped with all the things one may need for a short or long stay. The host, Bart, is a great guy. Helped us renting some bikes and made us fell at home. And his restaurant, below the apartment, is one of the best restaurants in the Netherlands, for sure.

What else is there to do?

Across the road sits a cottage park where 52 play equipment can be found all over the park. There is also a swimming pool here that you can use for a fee.

Can we park our brought electric bikes somewhere?

Yes, bikes can be put in the shed at the back of the flat. Ask the owner about this.

Is there room for a smaller child who no longer fits in a camp bed?

Yes that is possible, the huge corner sofa in the living room can be made up as a bed, and 1 or 2 smaller children can sleep well there. It is not a real bed. Please consult with the owner to get bedding ready.

Do we have noise pollution from the eatery downstairs?

No, the flat is specially fully insulated, both the floors and all the doors. You won't have any noise pollution here.

Is there a sauna?

Yes indeed a brand new infrared sauna has been installed in the large utility room. Next to the shower cubicle, which you can sit in for two.

Tip from the homeowner

The owner, also has a café restaurant, Antje Billie, downstairs in the building. It's nice, cosy, and tasty. You can ask him anything, and he can, for example, arrange beautiful scooters or (electric) bikes for you to explore the area
