About this holiday home A fine houseboat with 2 bedrooms for a wonderful stay with the two of you, friends or family. The houseboat was completed in 2019 and allows you to fully experience what happens in and around the marina and on the Uitgeestermeer. Start with a breakfast on the terrace when the first sailors sail by and greet you kindly.

The houseboat feels like a cosy, nicely furnished floating flat. The convenience of a dishwasher may not be present and the WiFi signal is not as strong as at home, but otherwise you will lack little. You can make delicious coffee with the Nespresso coffee machine, cook on the 2-burner induction cooker, the Smart TV in the living room lets you enjoy all radio and TV channels and the 'master' bedroom has 2 box-spring beds.

There is plenty to do in the area. The park is located close to the sea/beach, nice towns like Volendam and Monnickendam on the Markermeer and the cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. The park is easily accessible via the motorway and Schiphol Airport is nearby. There is a bistro and brasserie in the harbour, as well as a bicycle and boat rental service. From here, you can cycle and sail to nice places on the Uitgeestermeer or a little further away, such as the Zaanse Schans or the North-Holland Dune Reserve.
