This cosy detached cottage, together with its wood-burning stove and large windows, ensures a warm and light stay. Both in summer and winter, you will enjoy nature indoors and outdoors. Callantsoog has been a very popular seaside resort for many years. The beautiful wide sandy beach, clean seawater and fine beach pavilions, some of which are open all year round, certainly contribute to this. Callantsoog has a cosy centre where you have a wide choice of restaurants whether you go for a more luxurious meal or just want some chips, there are plenty of options. There are also some nice boutiques and a supermarket open 7 days a week. Nature lovers should definitely visit the Zwanenwater. While walking through this unique nature area consisting of woods, fens and heathland, you will find peace and quiet. The area is home to many special birds, including a spoonbill colony. There is 1 bag of wood available for the fireplace. Should this run out, you can buy a new bag at the Albertheijn.
Is a BBQ available?
Ja, there's a coal BBQ in the property that is cleaned regularly. Guests may also bring their own BBQ however BBQ on terrace is not allowed, there is plenty of space on the grass.

Restaurant Dorpszicht is the place to eat fish with their excellent al-la-carte choice of local fish. But a portion of kibbeling at the fish stall stand/parking Strandslag Voordijk (beach entrance 9) is also an excellent choice
