Attractive 4-person village house in Valkenswaard. Enjoy peace, comfort, and charm with two bedrooms, one of which is a large loft bedroom, a modern kitchen, and a super cosy living room. The house is beautifully and rurally located, with a lovely garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the birds singing. This beautiful holiday home is situated in an idyllic location, offering a blend of nature and village life. Within a few minutes, you can walk or cycle to the De Malpie nature reserve, known for its heaths, fens and peaceful paths. The attractive centre of Valkenswaard is also nearby, featuring cosy terraces, shops, and a lively weekly market. It is a perfect base for nature lovers and bon vivants, and in 10 minutes, you can be in the centre of Eindhoven, where there is always something going on.

Een absolute aanrader. Vanaf binnenkomst voelt het huis warm, brandschoon en luxe aan, met een sfeervolle inrichting en veel comfort. De houtkachel, het elektrisch verstelbare bed en de privé oprit zijn grote pluspunten. Het huis is verrassend ruim met echte bedden in plaats van slaapbanken. Goede verlichting, verwarming, airco in de zomer, een fijne douche en een handdoekradiator maken het extra comfortabel. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met vaatwasser en was-droogcombi, en er zijn veel extra’s aanwezig zoals koffie, thee en keukenspullen. Contact met de host verloopt vlot en prettig. De omgeving biedt veel natuur en een levendig centrum met winkels, horeca en een gezellige donderdagmarkt. Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven.

Marjan is a wonderful host. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is a charming home located in a green, peaceful area with a large garden. Everything you might need is available, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We stayed here both in summer and winter, and the heating was excellent during winter. Having two TVs in separate rooms made our children very happy. Highly recommended. I travel to the Netherlands frequently, and as long as this place is available, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Zeer gerieflijk, knus huis voor 2 personen, van alle gemakken voorzien. Op fijne lokatie met schitterend groot natuurgebied pal om de hoek. Ideaal voor lange wandelingen, hardlopen en mountainbiken.

Sauber, schön und gemütlich. Haus liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet mit tollen Radwegen. Eindhoven 15-20Min. mit dem Auto. Antwerpen 1-1:15Std. super erreichbar. Bei schlechtem Wetter den Kamin anmachen und einfach entspannen. Bei gutem Wetter direkt ins Naturschutzgebiet Rad fahren, joggen oder spazieren. Einfach toll!

Tip from the expert

Take an early morning walk from Zeelberg towards the Malpie nature reserve and have a picnic breakfast with you. Around sunrise, the area is often shrouded in mist, the heather turns a soft purple, and you have a good chance of spotting deer or a kingfisher along the Dommel River. Magical and almost all to yourself
