About this holiday home

This beautiful villa is uniquely located between Breda and Antwerp and at walking distance from the Galderse Lakes, where you can swim in natural water. The location is completely free and both the house and the garden overlook the Breedbroeken nature reserve. The waves on the water, the swaying of the trees and sometimes a grazing horse, this is where you will find peace and quiet. The modern villa has all the comforts you would expect from a place like this. With your own hot tub as a bonus .

Hikers, cyclists and mountaibikers can enjoy this region. The house is located on an official hiking route. The immediate vicinity is very wooded and has many nature reserves such as: the Mastbos, the vloeiweide, the crab forests and the Pannenhoef. Breda city centre is less than 10 km away, the place to experience the Burgundian hospitality Brabant is known for. A particularly fun way to explore the city is by taking a canal cruise. Chocolate lovers should definitely visit the chocolate museum in Antwerp. Besides chocolate, this historic city offers a beautiful city centre. You can get there within half an hour by car. The Efteling can also be reached within half an hour by car. In short, a fantastic house with enough in the area for a great holiday .

Heerlijk weekend weg geweest met onze vriendengroep! Vriendelijke eigenaar die altijd bereikbaar was voor vragen. Het huis is schoon, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekker bed, goede douche. Grote koelkast en vriezer, zelfs nog een tweede koelkast. Mooie open tuin, je zit echt privé, lang zon in de tuin!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! Unser Gesamteindruck war sehr positiv, und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Check-in war dank der guten Vorabinformationen des Hausbesitzers super einfach und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Vereinzelt sichtbare Silberfischchen kommen vor und haben uns nicht gestört. Als Anregungen und zur weiteren Verbesserung würden wir uns einen Toaster und einen vollwertigen Backofen wünschen; eine Kombimikrowelle ist für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Auch das Waschbecken im Gäste-WC ist sehr klein und könnte, da der Raum viel genutzt wird, etwas größer sein, um Fützen zu vermeiden. Beim Feuerholz für den Hot Tub wäre eine größere Menge vor Ort hilfreich, um das Wasser durchgängig zu heizen, und der Preis von 10€ für wenige Scheite erschien uns sehr hoch (40€ insgesamt für 2 Nächte). Insgesamt war unser Gesamteindruck aber sehr positiv. Danke!

The Aarbeienterras in Rijsbergen a particularly fun outing. Children have fun in the playground and can pick strawberries themselves (in season). Adults can play bocce golf, take a guided tour or go high tea
