Beautiful home and the furnishings have been carefully chosen to offer comfort and cosiness with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, sitting room with cosy fireplace and it has 3 spacious bedrooms. The owner makes sure you lack nothing. Spacious garden with large hot tub. It is on a small cosy park, located in the middle of the beautiful dunes, close to the Efteling. Enjoy this luxury after a day in the woods or after an adventurous day at the Eftelling .

Also visit the adjacent restaurant 't Wapen van Kaatsheuvel with its exciting X-Cube escape room! Fantastic house on a cosy small park, surrounded by lush forests and vast dunes. We loved the house, it's well equipped and plenty of space. It's decorated well and really looks lovely. There were only a couple of small things stopping me giving 5 stars on everything. There was some grime around the waterline in the hot tub, looked like it could be fake tan. Not all of the overhead lights worked, and the dishwasher could definitely use some salt, and the filter cleaned in between renters. The only other downside was that it reached mid 30° temp the week we stayed and I asked if there was a possibility of having a fan but I didn't hear back. It really needed something as there's no AC and the house retained the heat incredibly well, even with the windows wide open. Other than that, we thought it was truly a beautiful place to vacation. I would be happy to stay there again, the site was lovely, and Hans was very friendly. If those small problems were solved, I'd say it was perfect!
