About this holiday home

The converted farmhouse is now a luxury flat and can accommodate eight people, with a spacious living room where you can relax. The house has an equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. It features three bedrooms with lovely beds and two crafted bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious, sunny south-facing garden in hilly Limburg. Perfect for families and or friends for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

The village of Klimmen is located on one of South Limburg's many hills and along an old Roman pilgrimage route, the Via Belgica. This picturesque location in hilly South Limburg offers terrific walking and cycling routes over the many hills and is close to the German border. Visit the Vrijthof in Maastricht for culture and fun, or go shopping. You can also relax at Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg, explore the Drielandenpunt in Vaals, or visit Gulpen with its famous breweries.

Very clean and comfortable stay with quick responses from the hosts. Good location if you plan to be mobile via bike or car as parking is available and simple on-site. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to cook your meals. There are also lovely restaurants available in the surrounding towns. No washing machine on-site if you are coming as an active person with lots of athletic clothes. If you do wash them in the sink, there is no where to dry them. We hung our clothes outside on the chairs which worked in between the rain. A hose would be nice to rinse bikes off with but there is a shop in Valkenburg that will clean bikes for you for €8 so they are clean at the house. Expect to bring your own hand soap, toilet paper, coffee and coffee filters if you will be staying for more than 2-3 nights.

Samen met 7 vriendinnen een heerlijk weekend gehad in Limburg, mede door het fijne huis. De woonkamer en keuken waren heel ruim waardoor je ook thuis kon koken en borrelen. Het enige wat we wel misten waren wat standaard benodigdheden in huis, zoals olie en peper/zout. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving, midden in de heuvels waar je prachtig kan wandelen/hardlopen. De hosts reageerden snel en vriendelijk en waren behulpzaam, bijvoorbeeld met het regelen van een taxi naar Maastricht. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad en een echte aanrader!
