The village of Klimmen is located on one of South Limburg's many hills and along an old Roman pilgrimage route, the Via Belgica. This picturesque location in hilly South Limburg offers lovely walking and cycling routes over the many hills and is close to the German border. Visit the Vrijthof in Maastricht for culture and fun, or go shopping. You can also relax at Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg, explore the Drielandenpunt in Vaals, or visit Gulpen with its famous breweries.
