About this holiday home

Family home with on the ground floor 2 bedrooms, one with en suite, and a separate bathroom. Cosy living room, dining room and open kitchen. On the 1st floor (accessible via a steep staircase) are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The house has a private garden with covered terrace, a hot tub and plenty of parking space. All bedrooms are equipped with a separate sink and a smart TV. Perfect for a relaxing stay with the whole family! .

The village of Heijenrath is located high on a hilltop plateau, on one of South Limburg's many hills, and within walking distance of the Belgian border. This beautiful region offers scenic hiking and cycling routes over the rolling hills, and is also close to the German border. Enjoy a day out to the Vrijthof square in Maastricht, go shopping, or relax at Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg. Don't forget to visit the Drielandenpunt in Vaals or discover the breweries of Gulpen .

Es war sehr schön. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sauber. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch mit einer großen Gruppe gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten sich aus dem Weg zu gehen. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr steil. Im ganzen Haus gibt es viele Stolperfallen durch Absätze und kleine Stufen. Was grundsätzlich für uns kein Problem war, aber Gehbehinderte sollten dies wissen. Dafür sind die Duschen im Erdgeschoss barrierefrei. Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge.

Wij verbleven met 8 volwassenen, een baby en een hond. Hebben genoten van het huis: lange avonden aan de spelletjes / eettafel en in de hottub. ‘s Ochtend in de voortuin met de ochtendzon, het gekakel van de hanen en ganzen in de buurt en een kop koffie bijkomen van de avond er voor. Prachtige omgeving! Je waant je in het buitenland. Kortom heerlijke huis voor gezellig familieweekend

We voelden ons gelijk welkom in de villa. Er lagen paaseitjes, een fles wijn en zelfs twee botten voor onze honden. Ook stond er een welkomstbordje op tafel. Verder waren alle bedden netjes opgemaakt. De koffiemachine stond klaar en de villa was schoon. Wat ontzettend fijn om zo aan te komen. Van mij krijgen ze een dikke tien. We hebben ontzettend genoten.
