This comfortable house offers all modern conveniences, such as a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a cozy living room with a terrace and spacious garden. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, surrounded by nature, with opportunities for boating, private mooring for the boat, cycling, and hiking in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for lovers of water and tranquillity.

Located in the heart of the Frisian lakes, Koudum is an ideal base for water sports enthusiasts. The village is surrounded by lakes, such as the IJsselmeer and the Fluessenmeer, where you can sail, sail, and fish. Besides water activities, the area offers beautiful cycling and walking routes through nature reserves such as the Gaasterland forest and the IJsselmeer coast. The peace and space make it a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday amidst nature and water. The Kazemattenmuseum is 32 km from Koudum on the Frisian Coast on the A7 (Afsluitdijk), exit 14A Kornwerderzand.

Tolles Haus! Tolle Küche, toller Essbereich mit großen Esstisch, großer Wohnbereich mit bequemen Sitzmöbel und einem fantastischen Ffernseher sowie einer Stereoanlage. Netter Kontakt per WhatsApp mit den Vermietern. Stellplatz für 2 Pkw auf Grundstück direkt vor dem Haus. Spiegel waren im OG-Badezimmer und im EG vor dem Eingang zur Toilette vorhanden. Schön wären noch (ggf. auch etwas größere) Spiegel in den Schlafzimmern sowie im EG-Flurbereich gewesen. Dies hat aber den Urlaubsgenuss in keinster Weise eingeschränkt. Der Rest war nahezu perfekt!!! Für ältere, gebrechliche Menschen könnte die steile Treppe ins OG und DG ein Problem sein.

Het huis was comfortabel en compleet. De.keuken goed uitgerust inclusief wasmachine en droger. De locatie in Friesland is erg mooi. Hulpvaardige verhuurder. Het huis ligt naast de parkeerplaats van vakantiepark De Kuilart. Het was nu rustig, in de zomer zal dat misschien lawaai geven. Kleine suggestie om de locatie nog aantrekkelijker te maken: een Chromecast in de TV.

Yes the house offers space for 2-3 cars on its own driveway. Furthermore, there is a large car parking area next to the house.

Fifty meters away, we have our boat mooring jetty, which you can use as a house guest. Nearby, Het Planetarium in Franeker is unique. The Planetarium room and its impressive cog wheel work form the oldest working planetarium in the world

Friesland is fun to visit; the ( eleven cities) villages and towns are all within driving distance. You can play golf in Oudemirdum and Pantropica (Orgideeen Hoeve) in Luttelgeest, which is also worth a visit
