Prachtige locatie, ideaal met de airco tijdens de warme dagen, genoeg extra voorzieningen om gebruik van te maken zoals een sup en een klein bootje. Voor onze eigen boot een prima ligplaats direct bij het huis. Een mooie grote tuin met een heerlijke jaccouzi. Bij ons was de grasrobotmaaier actief in de nacht zodat we daar geen last van hadden, ideaal! Voldoende ruimte om te slapen, echter om binnen te zitten is er geen plek voor 8 personen je moet meer denken aan een ruimte voor 4 personen. Buiten was is natuurlijk ruim voldoende ruimte Keuken voorzien van grote koelkast, oven en vaatwasser en in de bijkeuken nog een grote koel/vriescombinatie en wasmachine met droger. Een nadeel is dat het plafond naar de slaapkamers erg laag is.

we hebben een volle week, elke dag genoten van ons verblijf in Boornzwaag. vooral van de jacuzzi, sauna, sub en kano's en de airco. Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie rondom in het water wat goed van pas kwam met de hoge buiten temperaturen. Langweer ligt op loopafstand en is een leuk dorpje. Het bos ligt op 10 minuten afstand en we hebben daar heerlijk met de hond gewandeld. Het was wel vervelend dat er direkt naast de woning huis in aanbouw was en we er tijdens het ontbijt best veel geluidsoverlast van hadden en we er niet met de auto langs konden als we weg wilden gaan!! Dit werd ons pas een paar dagen van te voren medegedeeld.

Yes the house is directly adjacent to open on 3 sides.

Is it fenced in?

The large terrace on the side of the house is completely enclosed with a roll mesh fence 80 cm high. The rest around is all open to the water.

How does the sauna work?

the sauna is on power. Power has been brought to the sauna by the electrician and a new meter box has also been installed.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes in the living room there is a brand new air conditioning system.

Are linen provided and beds made?

Yes, the beds are made and always clean moltons. Bath towels and kitchen linen are provided, as are (hotel) soaps, starter set shampoo and shower gel.

Do you need a fishing pass to fish here?

Yes, you can buy the fishing pass. This costs about 10 euros for a weekly pass.

Tip from the homeowner

Few places with so many possibilities. Come home and enjoy the sauna, whirlpool, and the fantastic view. Jump into the lake in the morning and warm up in the sauna or hot tub. There is a Whaly inflatable boat with oars you can use, as well as two canoes and a surfboard
