On the upper floor there is an open-plan sleeping area with a double bed and a room with two single beds. The house is very child-friendly and has a cot, high chair, changing mat and stair gate. The Schwarzbachbahn, a historic narrow-gauge railway with regular steam trains, is highly recommended. For children, there are swimming pools nearby and playgrounds in the village itself. There are also popular sights in the region such as the Bastei Bridge, Königstein Fortress and the spa baths in Bad Schandau .
