About this holiday home

Between famous Cochem and Zell, lies the small but pretty village of Neef. There you will find this characteristic building from 1594, which has been converted into a very comfortable holiday home. Each bedroom has the luxury of a private bathroom. Furthermore, there is a cosy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. In the courtyard you will find a covered roof terrace and a courtyard with bbq. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Moselle region.

Cousin has many hours of sunshine to offer due to its favourable location. There are also cosy restaurants and wine taverns to try local wines (especially Rieseling), of course, or dine and linger. From the house you can walk to several viewpoints. The many meanders of the Moselle give you photogenic views. Neef is also an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. The area has a lot of history and is therefore rich in beautiful castles, such as the world-famous castle of Cochem. But also the medieval Burgt Eltz is often mentioned as one of the most beautiful in Germany .

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

  • Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

  • It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir (drei Generationen-Familie) haben ein sehr schönes, langes Wochenende in dem Haus in Neef verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auf ein Minimum reduziert, weil es keinerlei Probleme gab. Es war ein kontaktloser Check-in/-out und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Den Außenbereich konnten wir leider aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen - ist im Sommer sicherlich noch ein Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer entsprachen den Fotos, aber uns war nicht klar, dass die Aufenthaltsräume (Wohnzimmer, Küche/Esszimmer) doch recht klein sind. Es war gemütlich, aber man muss es mögen. Insgesamt ein tolles altes Haus, mit Schlafzimmern, die alle mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet sind. Den ganz großen Luxus darf man nicht erwarten, würde aber auch nicht zu dem Haus passen. Bei zwei (der drei) Doppelbetten gab es eine große Gemeinschaftsdecke. Ist nicht so unser Fall, war aber für ein Wochenende machbar.

Die Unterkunft ist toll. Jede von uns hatte ein Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet gewesen. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar gewesen. Überall kleine Details. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wie waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und das Highlight ist die schöne Terrasse. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.
