About this holiday home

The region where the village of Kersenbach is located is known as an air-cure resort. Besides clean air, you will find vast fields and forests. In these lovely surroundings you will find this family house. With two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortable living area, separate dining room and full kitchen, it is ideal for families or a stay with friends. Outside, you have access to a spacious garden with play equipment and a bbq. An ideal place to come to yourself and each other .

Kersenbach is a small village, perched atop a hill. Besides a town hall, village playground you will find some houses and farms. Nearby is the village of Stadtkyll where you can do your daily shopping and also have some restaurants and terraces. This region is known for its clean air and abundant greenery. The hilly landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. From the holiday home, you can follow signposted routes and pass special places along the way. For example, you can rest on a giant bench, which has been created along the route. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for fun excursions. Visit the historic towns of Bitburg and Prüm, with their cosy squares, terraces, old churches and museums. In Bitburg you can also visit the famous Bitburger brewery for a tour and tasting. Or drive a little further to Trier, Germany's oldest city, full of Roman remains such as the Porta Nigra and the amphitheatre. Or go swimming in the nearby recreational lake at Bitburg. For something more adventurous, there are opportunities to canoe on the River Sauer or visit a tree-climbing park .
