Few accommodations are as unique as this historic Templar house, the oldest building in Boppard. After a fascinating history, it now welcomes you with modern comforts. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 9 people. Thanks to its central location in the old town, you can easily reach the Rhine and numerous attractions on foot.
Boppard is a beautiful, lively historic town. You’ll find a wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as beautiful old buildings to admire. The Roman fort of Bodobrica is one of the best-preserved late Roman fortifications in Germany. The town lies on a large bend in the Rhine, just below Koblenz. Boppard and the surrounding region are part of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area is home to some of the most beautiful castles, steep vineyards and wooded hills. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the narrow streets, take a boat trip along the Rhine or explore the forests on a mountain bike. Whatever you choose to explore, you’ll be amazed that this region isn’t better known.
A must-do is to take the chairlift to the viewpoint, where you can enjoy views of the famous bend in the Rhine and the Bopparder Hamm wine-growing area.
