The holiday home is located in Stadlern near Schönsee, in the middle of the Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for nature and active holidays: in summer, well-marked hiking and cycling trails invite you to go on tours - for example to the Böhmerwald tower with panoramic views, to the ruins of Reichenstein Castle or on cross-border hikes into the Czech Republic. The moor bath in Schönsee or the idyllic bathing pond in Stadlern with volleyball court and playground offer refreshment. In winter, the nearby Schwand cross-country skiing centre offers perfectly groomed trails. Snowshoe hikes and sleigh rides are also possible. The towns of Cham, Furth im Wald, Weiden, Pilsen or Regensburg are ideal for day trips - with culture, history and regional cuisine.
