Wolfring belongs to the municipality of Fensterbach in the beautiful Upper Palatinate and is idyllically situated between Amberg and Schwandorf. The region is characterised by its quiet, rural location and its proximity to the Upper Palatinate Lake District, which offers numerous leisure activities with its bathing lakes, cycling and hiking trails and water sports facilities. Popular excursion destinations in the surrounding area include Lake Steinberg with the world's largest walk-in wooden ball, Lake Murn with its wonderful bathing beaches, the historic old town of Amberg, the Upper Palatinate Open-Air Museum in Neusath-Perschen or the nearby Hirschwald Nature Park. Regensburg (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is also within easy reach .

Die Ferienwohnung ist super und entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal um verschiedenste Ausflugsziele schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Ebenfalls sind die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Um es kurz zu machen, diese Unterkunft war mehr als perfekt! Absolut makellos in allem, sowohl die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern als auch die Sauberkeit. Diese Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Wir würden 5 Sterne Plus vergeben, wenn möglich.

A visit to the Upper Palatinate lake district is a special experience. Both the Murner See and the Steinberger See with its waterskiing facilities and wooden ball are a must for all water sports enthusiasts. Both lakes can be easily circumnavigated on a beautifully laid out footpath

A visit to the Höllohe Wildlife and Leisure Park is interesting for young and old. Here, native animals live in freely accessible enclosures and can even be fed. Extensive hiking trails, playgrounds and picnic facilities provide the perfect setting for an interesting day's holiday
