About this holiday home

In an oasis of peace and beautiful nature lies this 4-person, attractively furnished gîte, 1 km from the picturesque village of Faucon in the Vaucluse. Wake up in the morning with a coffee on your own terrace, enjoying the beautiful garden. Around the heated swimming pool are plenty of luxurious loungers and a number of hammocks where you can enjoy the Provençal sunbeams, scents and colours. Experience the setting sun at the end of the day on your covered terrace with a nice glass of rosé.

The small typical Provençal village of Faucon (1 km), situated on a hill with breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux, is just in the Vaucluse department. You'll find the famous bakery, the local village café and a restaurant here. It is as if time has stood still here, due to the typical building style of the village centre. If you want to explore the surrounding area, there is plenty to do. Nearby Vaison la Romaine (8 km) is definitely worth a visit. The old town exudes the Roman times of yore with its narrow alleys and many steps. If you love the Provençal atmosphere, you have plenty of villages to visit here, such as Mérindol-les-Oliviers, Mirabel-aux-Baronnies or Buis-les-Baronnies.

Séjour très agréable Le super accueil de Gaétano et de sa femme. L’emplacement dans une zone boisée en hauteur et calme. Décoration chaleureuse. Bonne literie. Tous les équipements pour cuisiner. Pour les inconditionnels, pas de lave vaisselle.

Heel vriendelijke eigenaars die de privacy weten te appreciëren. Woning is proper en voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Zwembad is proper.

For nature and hiking lovers, this is a fantastic area. From the house there is already a beautiful walking route of about one hour and within a radius of 5 km there are plenty of other beautiful walks through unspoilt nature. For both beginners and advanced hikers. So don't forget to bring your walking shoes
